Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with tags or labels adhered, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Re: Hunted and Gathered

All sales in this collection are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.

Expect that the items in this collection may have some wear appropriate with age.

These items are perfectly imperfect unless stated otherwise. E.g. Condition: Pristine 

We try to source the highest quality items but if there is any wear that we deem to be in excess, it will be disclosed in the description of the item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Please contact us at info@homefinally.ca to make arrangements for an exchange.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
